At FreshDate, we strive to build great relationships with all of our customers. So if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, (within 3 days from the purchase date), we will fully refund the cost of your membership. We do not provide refunds for unused services after this point.
If customers request to cancel their membership, then no future charges will be charged to their account. Please keep in mind, a cancellation will not result in a refund for any past charges. It will only stop any future charges.
